Altruism is inseparable from the history of the Manoir D’Youville and from the woman who started it all, a Catholic nun, founder of the Sisters of Charity of Montreal, known as the Grey Nuns: Marguerite d’Youville.<\/p>\n2009<\/h2>\n
The contemporary turning point began in 2009 when the City of Ch\u00e2teauguay acquired the manor from the Grey Nuns in order to share this heritage with the population of Ch\u00e2teauguay. From 2010 to 2013, the management of the Manoir D’Youville’s operations was entrusted to Heritage Saint-Bernard, which transformed the former convent of the Grey Nuns into a hotel.<\/p>\n2013<\/h2>\n
<\/span>In 2013, the management of the manor and its development were entrusted to the Compagnom Foundation. The association is a no-brainer! <\/span>In 2017, Jean-Martin C\u00f4t\u00e9 was hired as General Manager. The experience and vision of this seasoned professional with more than 20 years in the hotel industry will change everything.
