Executive Chef Laurent Audar, joined our team in 2020. With his experience and expertise, he has brought original ideas and enhanced the quality of our culinary table to offer an exceptional taste experience. He has combined our garden vegetables and local producers to glorify local gastronomy.

Chef Audar previously worked in major European institutions and on his arrival in Quebec he worked in several major hotels in Montreal. In 2020 he took the leap and joined Hôtel Manoir D’Youville where he has several plans in progress.
Chef’s inspiration
Chef Audar is inspired by our local produce and the garden dedicated to our two restaurants.
He combines European and Québécois flavors to give us dishes as impressive as his skills.
